We are a small group who meet one afternoon a month in each others' houses.  We are all interested in creative writing, although our interests are varied, e.g. poetry, stories for children, novels. etc.  We decide on a set subject each month which we write about at home.  Our efforts are read out at the next meeting. 

The interpretation of the 'homework' can be very wide;  for example, one person may present a poem, another a short story, another a factual account.   Although we discuss each other's work it is done in a friendly way, without criticism although we may occasionally offer suggestions.  All this takes place with  much laughter and, of course, tea and cake!  We would welcome a few more members.
